We purchased a 2013 Honda CRV EXL from Landmark Honda because of the exemplary performance of Sean Kearney, Assistant Service Manager. We have dealt with Sean for nine years as he has been our principal because of the exemplary performance of Sean Kearney, Assistant Service Manager. We have dealt with Sean for nine years as he has been our principal contact on the Tan Team for the maintenance of our 2004 Accord, which we also purchased at Landmark Honda. One example of many instances of Sean’s personal attention: On a recent Friday afternoon, the engine malfunction light came on in our Accord. I called Sean, and he advised me to bring the car in immediately. The problem was diagnosed, and the car was repaired by 6:00 p.m. that afternoon. Sean has consistently been a knowledgeable maintenance advisor who always explains the recommended service schedule and the details of the repair statement. While price is important, price alone did not bring us back to Landmark Honda. A reliable and knowledgeable team member closed the sale. I posted a review a couple weeks back due to the issue I was having with my ABS light kept coming on. When my husband and I first went to this dealership, it was just to look around. To be honest, I had my heart set on a different SUV (not a Honda Pilot - not even a Honda) and I was only there to be thorou was just to look around. I had purchased a Honda Civic from this dealer 13 years ago, and was extremely happy with that car. So, I thought I should at least stop by and check them out. Well, needless to say, I now drive a 2013 Honda Pilot and NOT the other SUV I was set on. One of the main reasons I changed my mind and purchased a Pilot is because of our salesman Donte Durant. He was AWESOME!! He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He was so helpful! He took his time to answer all our questions and he talked to us like real people - not like we were just a sale for him. It was VERY refreshing. My Pilot was 10 years old but still running great. Went to Landmark and talked by Donte. I have purchased Honda's from Landmark before and I knew they had great prices. I was not planning on getting a new to Landmark and talked by Donte. I have purchased Honda's from Landmark before and I knew they had great prices. With a low financing rate, I decided to purchase a new Pilot. I hope this one will last a full 10 years. Donte was great with no pressure. Landmark Honda offers pretty good price. I've been to several Honda dealerships in Landmark before I go back to them again.
