I purchased a 2009 Ford Escape from Maxwell Ogbe and Kennedy. I was very satisfied with the process and believe I received a fair price. There were 2 items that did not pass inspection in the state of Kennedy. I was very satisfied with the process and believe I received a fair price. When I first walked into Landmark Honda, I was greeted by a nice salesman. He nicely pointed me out to Nana in the salesroom. Nana definitely made the experience VERY easy. She was a pleasure to talk to and made the experience fun. What I enjoyed the most was that she made it about me and what I wanted vs. trying to just make a sale. She listened to what my needs were and did her best to meet them. She was very open and understanding to what I wanted and I enjoyed her customer service from the moment I walked in to when she handed me the keys and my new car at the end. The only suggestion I can give, is to the front desk that is located by the entrance. They seemed a little unwelcoming the majority of the time I was there. I understand they are conducting business and what not, but they could still manage to crack a smile or two as to not make customers that are interested in making a purchase feel somewhat uncomfortable with them just staring and talking amongst themselves behind the counter. Overall the experience I had was a great one. From Nana to the ladies in the finance department, they definitely knew what they were talking about and made the best possible suggestions for me. More

On Sat, 11 may i damaged my tire. After changing the tire I went to see Sean and discussed what had happened and what needed to be fixed. I went back on Monday and Sean was his usual friendly, professional self. We did the paper work and he told me he would have my truck finished between 90 minutes - two hours. I waited in the waiting room (NICE waiting room, free donuts & coffee and three lage screen TVs on walls) He came in and gave me an update telling me it was going smoothly, they found a burned out brake light and my truck would be done on time. My truck was done on time! Sean is always so customer-oriented and knowledgeable. He always remembers me and greets me by name and he had a couple of coupons that were applied to the cost of my work. i continue to use this dealership because of the customer service Sean provides! A special shout out to Mr Boun who is always personable when he brings my truck from the service area! More
