Reviewing your statement below we can see assistance is needed. In your reference to the certification fees and warranties, this is provided for transparency. Your statements indicated more information needs to be explained. Your references to slow and exhausting and reaching a good final deal seem to indicate fast and final information was the priority. Most steps in sales we encouraged to be slower. We strive to avoid the stigma of rushing. Competitively priced cars, associates that are friendly are reasons to purchase from Landmark Honda. Clarity, moving at the customers pace, direct responses, all these areas we are responsible to provide. We apologize. Not meeting your expectations concerns us.
