Dzung Le took care of our questions, needs and concerns from the beginning until the end. I test drove the vehicles I wanted to see and he explained all of the features along the way. Last month I took my 2005 Honda CRV to Landmark Honda twice. During the first visit, I needed a headlamp replaced and the nitrogen level in my tires checked. I made an appt with Sean for the next day; I twice. During the first visit, I needed a headlamp replaced and the nitrogen level in my tires checked. I made an appt with Sean for the next day; I brought my truck in and did the paperwork w/o inciednt I did not even get to read the paper, they had me in and out so quickly. Three weeks later, I realized I needed a state emissions test, Again, I called Sean, he scheduled an appointment and two days later I was in was in and out in 45 minutes. Sean is always great about scheduling appointments during the slower times. He is profesional, personable, courteous and he remembers my name. Always nice to be personally greeted by name. He is good about explaining the work done and applies all the eligible coupons/specials they have at my visits -- even if I did not bring it in with me! That is definitely customer service! He aims to please and does a great job. It was nice to see he was also selected as the Employee of the Month in Jan. Many thanks! More
I had traveled to Falls Church to find a used car, only to be told it was sold the day before. I was headed back to my girlfriend's house when I happened by Landmark and decided to give it a shot. Two hours later and I had a great 1998 Honda Accord thanks to Max Ogbe. He was extremely patient, having run for keys to a Camry that I didn't even drive, and giving me the market value price for the Accord. I own a 2008 Honda Civic SI and have used Landmark Honda, specifically Brian Cail, for each and every service appointment I have made over the lifetime of my car. This includes all factory recommended service as well as requests for upgrades as well. I do this because I trust him with my SI, and while text on a webpage hardly captures the full emotion I have for my car, I can only say that I love it. To leave it in anyone else's hands is simply not a chance I am willing to take. In a word, Brian is exemplary. He and I are on a first name basis and he never struggles to remember my name when I bring my car in for service. In a world that's only getting larger, to receive such personalized service is truly rare, which is why I feel he deserves recognition for his work on this website. Furthermore, despite the personal attention Brian gives his customers, it is clear he is a consummate professional. He not only seems to know his job, he seems to have a passion for it, which is clearly reflected in his work. While I have no doubt that all of the service managers at Landmark Honda are excellent, I would not hesitate to give Brian my highest recommendation; and he would be first suggestion of the service managers with whom you try to schedule and appointment. Lastly, Landmark Honda will not waste your time trying to sell you on packages nor take any more time than is necessary to service it. More importantly, they WILL NOT find problems that do not exist simply to increase billable labor hours. Not only does that speak highly of the ethics and professional stewardship of the dealership, it is truly nice to deal with honest, hard-working people. There are plenty of other dealerships in the DC metro area, but I would rather wait to see Brian and deal with his team than take my car anywhere else. I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that it's difficult to earn my trust, but Brian has definitely done it. If you have the opportunity to use Landmark Honda as your service center, see him. Gus prepped my wife's 2009 Fit before she took delivery of it, diagnosed and made the necessary repairs to the 1999 Accord that we have sold to our son, and Gus remains the service guru for my 201 delivery of it, diagnosed and made the necessary repairs to the 1999 Accord that we have sold to our son, and Gus remains the service guru for my 2010 Accord. We cannot be happier with the service we have gotten over the years from Landmark Honda, and while I'm sure all of the folks at Landmark are tired of hearing me say this, we have kept coming back to them because of the fair pricing and excellent customer service we have gotten each with each of the 10 Hondas we have purchased there (starting in 1974!). It is a very good dealership. More

I was looking for a car for my son, so I first called around to get some kind of price and availability because this dealership was not very close to where I live. I first talked to STEPHAN GEORGE who was Very Professional and Very Knowledgeable. Stephan was the very person who assured me that he had the best price therefor I was willing to drive out to Landmark Honda in Alexandria, Virginia. When I arrived at the dealership, it was very busy but a salesperson immediately approached us and asked how he can help. Everyone was very pleasant. Stephan George was even nicer in person. Stephan was extremely organized and made my transaction very smooth. I also want to thank “VIN” (Bhupinder Vinayak) who actually did all the paper work with us and showed us all the features of the car. He was Extremely Pleasant and Detailed. Vin made sure we went home feeling comfortable with our new car. Next day, “VIN” also called both my son and I to see if we had any questions or concerns about the car. “Vin” was so nice that I feel like he is like a friend. Final note is that I wished Landmark Honda sold all types of car so we would only need to go to that dealership. As for Honda cars, I will always purchase my car from Landmark Honda. And I will Definitely Recommend ALL my Friends and Family to Landmark Honda in Alexandria, VA. More
