I checked couple of dealers before I stopped by to the Landmark Honda and impressed with the organized way of customer services right at the entrance. In fact, one of my friends suggested me to stop by to this location. I checked the online deals on my way too and that pulled me over. Based on my experience from other locations I visited, I found the services and the customer care attractive. The sale person Mr. Mekdim (Mack) Tilahun has tried his best to help and keep us there in a professional and friendly approach with no pressure at all. He gave us enough information about the car in addition to what I gathered before. The test driving was good to visualize and to feel how actually the car runs, which gave me more confidence about the car. His explanation was very impressive during the test drive. The price is good and slightly lower compared to the other offer I had from another dealer though we had to go back and forth to come up with a reasonable deal. The ‘assistance manager’ also helped us to come up with a consensus price lastly. Honestly, I was satisfied with the service and price and didn’t want to go back to the other dealers even if I might have probably gained an extra bucks saving. The finance department also made things smoother.The intrest rate seemed slightly higher though. However,overall experience is very good and i definately recommend my friends to Mr. Mekdim Tilahun and or this location. More

I have observed that one of the reasons the service department is so great, is because of Milton’s leadership. Milton is professional, knowledgeable, patient, courteous, efficient, and has integrity. Milton takes the time to explain details to any service that is needed and provides great recommendations. He is timely in servicing vehicles. Because the service department is so great, I purchased my first vehicle and later my second vehicle from Landmark Honda. Knowing that Milton is in the service department is similar to having family present. I commend Milton for his outstanding commitment to excellence and to Landmark Honda. Landmark Honda should be proud to have such an employee. I have given the rating of 5 out of 5 to this dealership overall for customer service, quality of work, friendliness, overall experience and price.
