I highly recommend to call Karim if you want the best deal possible. I am so happy with my 2012 Honda Civic EX. My salesperson, Nana Agyeman, was so knowledgeable and professional. Definitely deserving of a 5 star rating. The same exact car was 3K+ more at Carmax, so I am really glad I decided to buy at a real Honda dealer. I bought the extended warranty and am sooooo happy with my purchase. Nana was awesome - highly recommended. You don't see many female car sales people, and I liked dealing with another female for my purchase. I thought her advise was professional and trustworthy. I recently purchased a certified used 2011 Pilot. I previously owned a 2003 Accord, and have come to respect Honda's quality and durability. When I saw the latest body-style of the Pilot, I knew that i previously owned a 2003 Accord, and have come to respect Honda's quality and durability. When I saw the latest body-style of the Pilot, I knew that it was time to start looking at getting one. After doing some research, I found the Pilot at Landmark Honda. Nana was very prompt in responding to my request to see the Pilot. She emailed and called me, to schedule a test drive. I went in the next day (it was a great deal), and test drove the truck. I loved it! It drove like my Accord, and handled well. The acceleration, braking, and suspension were all perfect! There's TONS of space and storage in the Pilot, so traveling, or transporting larger items will not be an issue. Throughout the test drive and application process, Nana was very friendly, honest, and gracious. It was a joy to not be haggled or pressured, which is the normal car-buying experience. Their whole team was very understanding, and they made sure I understood all of the details of the truck, application process, financing, etc. They did all that they could, to ensure that I was comfortable with the monthly rate that I would be responsible for. I am very grateful, and blessed to have worked with Nana. I will gladly recommend her to anyone looking to do business with Landmark Honda. I admit, I came to the dealership, ready to negotiate for hours, before closing a deal. But, Nana's humble demeanor, allowed me to "let my guard down." I walked away, thankful for the new truck, and with a sense of peace...knowing that I had made a great investment. Nana was very thorough, and she followed up with everyone on their team, to make sure I was well taken care of! As I mentioned earlier, I previously owned an Accord, and had taken my car to them for servicing. They're always honest, and they are good at prioritizing the needs of any problems that your vehicle is having. So, if you're ever in the market for a Certified Used car...GO SEE NANA!!! More

He is patient when I describe my truck's issues; he keeps me well-informed of the progress being made when my truck is being serviced. Last week my engine light came on, I dropped it off early in the morning and left a detailed note in my "Early Bird" envelope. Sean called me with additional questions to assist in determining the issue. The service team did a great job running down the problem, Sean called with a status update then once the super team of mechanics/technicians corrected the situation. Sean called and let me know that my truck was good to go and ready for pick up. The atmosphere in the service department is always friendly and helpful as are the payment staff and especially the valets. Of course, Sean is the guy that is the face of Landmark Honda that keeps me coming back!. Thanks Sean! More

I requested a quote for Honda Odyssey 2012 Touring Elite from this dealership. The sales man provided me the quote and informed me that we can get 0% APR for 60 months if we buy this car from them. The sales man kept calling for 3 days if we are interested to buy the car. We finally took the decision and went to see and buy the car. First of all the car condition wasn't that good, as you would expect from 0 meter car. The car had 500+ mileage on that. We negotiated the price with the manager and finally we agreed on the price to make a deal. I checked with sales man during negotiation that I need 0% APR. He mentioned repeatedly that if we qualify (based on the credit score) we will get 0% APR. Finally after signing all the documents the dealership ran the credit check and found out that my score is close to perfect (near 800). The sales man took us to finance department and said that they will take care of the rest. This is where the problem begins. The finance guy showed me the car details which were surprising for me. We were told by Manager and Salesman that the car we are buying is White Diamond Perl, however the finance guy showed us that we are buying Tafeeta White car. When we told him that this is not the color we are buying, that created a whole drama in a dealership. After 30 minutes of internet research and arguments within so many people within the dealership, they figured out that someone typed the wrong color in the system. Later on, we resumed the paper work. I ask the finance guy how much my payments are going to be on the basis of 0 % APR. He looked at me shockingly and said we don't offer 0% APR. I was shocked too. I called the sales person and manager. The sales person said, yes it is on the website that we offer 0% APR. The manager said we don't offer 0% APR. The manager was insisted to see any written or recorded proof that salesman told us about 0% APR, even though the salesman himself said in front of manager that yes, I told them we offer 0% APR. Luckily, my wife had the text message saved from the sales man. We showed it to manager and then he finally agreed that the sales man provided us this information. To me it seems like he just wanted to figure out a way to deny the fact that they communicated 0% APR to us, because the sales man himself was saying that yes it is on our website. Anyways, the sales man also lied because, in the text message he said, I spoke to my manager and he said we can offer 0% APR. The manager then called to GM to see what can be done. After spending 20 minutes, he told us that they can't sell us the car with 0% APR. This was really disappointing. After spending 4 hours of my day at dealership, I found out that the salesman lied to us, wasted our time and in fact I got the hit on my credit check just for nothing. The manager was very mean and rather then being apologetic, he clearly said just call the day and close the dealership. Literally felt like they want to kick us out and go home. I was pretty amazed with this type of customer service. You wasted your customer's time, you lied to them and then you are treating them like this. We left our 4 months old baby to our relative just to buy the car. My wife was soo excited as this was her gift. They just screwed up everything. In the end the manager even didn't bother to say sorry. I am never buying honda again and never from Landmark. Do you want to buy a car from a dealer who lie and don't even feel bad about their behavior??? More
