Smooth and efficient Arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and was told the dealership was closing. He was friendly and easy-going and I prefer that over an aggressive-type salesman. He made notes of a few items I mentioned and I left a deposit with him. He handled all of those items and even offered to deliver the vehicle to me since I lived out-of-town. When I chose to return and pick up the vehicle, the dealership was busy. Dennis made a point to explain it might be awhile, but because of his caring attitude I was placated and in the end everything worked out fine. Dennis stayed late that Friday evening, too, helping others. I'd say the dealership should be thrilled to have him working there. More

Amazing price on my trade in I went to Langdale Ford of Valdosta used car lot looking at used vehicles and was given friendly, fast service. He told me if I was interested in a certain vehicle that they did not have he would do whatever he needed to find me one. Now, are there times when they tell me things I don’t want to hear or charge me prices I don’t want to pay? Yes, but they have never lied to me and they are always fair. There is never going to be a place that meets your expectations all the time, but the Langdale people do their best to try.
