This dealership is truly extraordinary! The staff at this dealership is extraordinary! Everyone is kind, calm and well versed! Mr. Jim Langway though... that man is incredibly special! I came onto that dealership with a car that has caused me endless trouble since day one (from another local dealership), I was severely upside down on my loan, yet had to dump hundreds a month in repairs to keep the car on the road - it's honestly been a nightmare for over two years. Last week, my mechanic told me that I needed something done that would cost me several hundred and I JUST had my engine rebuilt.. and I couldn't drive my car until it was fixed! I drove away from my mechanic crying... the past two years, every person in my life and in the car industry that I've asked advice as to how to fix the situation I was in, just kind of shook their heads and shrugged... this isn't good because I NEED my car for work! I own Mermaid Masterpieces, a local paint party business, and I'm always driving all over the state petrified that my car is going to blow up and wondering what problem was next and when it was going to happen... something was always on the horizon - not exactly the best way to travel to a party that i'm supposed to be joyful and show everyone a good time, right?? When I walked into Langway Toyota, with tears in my eyes, I was greeted by Jim.. he was gently holding his new puppy on his shoulder and introduced himself with a calm smile and asked how he could help me... I said you're actually the perfect person for me to talk to because you'll know if you can help me right away so I don't waste anyones time.. I explained my situation, that again, everyone... EVERYONE had shrugged and shook their heads when I ask what to do the past few years up to that point - not Jim!! He calmly (I can't reiterate his calm, kind demenor enough) said let's look at your car... he saw the car and told me he wanted to go inside and work numbers to see what he could do (I had hope... but didn't hold my breath), he came back outside and told me what he thought he could do for me... which was get me into a 2018 Toyota Corolla... fast forward a few days, a few pleasant phone calls and interactions with Jim and his staff (which Jim greeted me by name every time)... This afternoon I drove away in my brand new 2018 Toyota Corolla, and went straight to West Warwick to teach a bunch of kids how to paint mermaids tails with zero stress and a huge smile on my face. It was so nice to show up to work not stressed out about my car!! Thank you so much Jim, Peter - the amazing business manager, Mitch - the extremely knowledgeable and fun Salesman I worked with, and the rest of the staff that was so pleasant during every encounter! Jim, you're incredible, and I'll never ever forget that you didn't simply shrug when I truly needed help... you fixed my biggest problem!! For your next car(s)... go HERE!!! More

Michael Carbone was my sales consultant, and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He really took the time and made the effort to show me around the different features and aspects of the car and answer questions. Gave me an accurate description of the overall price with the dealer fees and registration cost so I knew what to expect there, and even knew where I might find the best insurance rates. I contacted him after the sale with a question, and he responded quickly with exactly the information I needed. At no point did I ever feel pressured or rushed, which was a pleasant change from other dealerships I had visited. Langway as a whole...price for the car was as advertised in the paper; very straightforward and open. Peter in the finance office was also friendly and made the process go quickly there as well. Car already looked great and was clean when I test drove it, but the service department gave it another quick spruce up before I drove it off the lot. Langway took care of the registration and picking up my plates was simple. I definitely recommend going to Langway Toyota! More
