He really took the time and made the effort to show me around the different features and aspects of the car and answer questions. Gave me an accurate description of the overall price with the dealer fees and registration cost so I knew what to expect there, and even knew where I might find the best insurance rates. I contacted him after the sale with a question, and he responded quickly with exactly the information I needed. At no point did I ever feel pressured or rushed, which was a pleasant change from other dealerships I had visited. Langway as a whole...price for the car was as advertised in the paper; very straightforward and open. Peter in the finance office was also friendly and made the process go quickly there as well. Car already looked great and was clean when I test drove it, but the service department gave it another quick spruce up before I drove it off the lot. Langway took care of the registration and picking up my plates was simple. I definitely recommend going to Langway Toyota! More

Great experience! Almost two weeks have passed since I left Langway with my new (to me) KIA Sportage and I love it more and more each day! I was able to test drive, submit paperwork, and take my Sportage home all within one day while also working a 12 hour shift.. and I was able to do this completely on my own! Mitch and the rest of the team over at Langway Toyota of Newport were all great. Mitch was incredibly personable, upfront, and honest, and as a young buyer I couldn’t have been more thankful for that. They really made it easy to find a car that fit my wants, needs, and budget. I was very skeptical of a Kia, but the legos fell just into the right positions and I just liked so much about the car I couldn’t pass it up. Stay away from this dealership! I purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry. I was told my payments would be a specific amount, when I went to take delivery of the vehicle the sales manager told I purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry. I was told my payments would be a specific amount, when I went to take delivery of the vehicle the sales manager told me he made a mistake and the payment would be higher. I then waited nearly an hour to meet with the Finance Manager (Peter); another nightmare! He secured an auto loan for me at 7.99% interest rate (my credit score was 830). Two weeks later when I received my registration, I noticed the amount paid was less than the dealership charged me. When I called and questioned the Finance manager he made up a number excuses. I contacted the owner of the dealership and ended up getting a refund for the difference paid. I would not trust this dealership at all and will never return there for service or a future purchase. “Buyer beware!” More
