He was very knowledgeable on all the models and showed me their inventory until I narrowed it down to the CRV. No pressure and he understood that I needed to "do the numbers" before I was ready to buy. The following weeks I emailed and spoke with him until I decided on the color and trim. When I went back to the dealership I was ready to drive out with my new car. Paul had the car ready and paperwork started. It was a painless experience and I was very grateful for his patience and assistance. Sheena Sanchez did my paperwork and helped me decide a reasonable down payment so that I would be able to have the monthly payment I wanted. My experience was very pleasant thanks to them. More

Excellent Sales and Service Jorge was the salesman I worked with. I was looking for a specific make, model and color. He confirmed Largo Honda had what I wanted in stock and in Jorge was the salesman I worked with. I was looking for a specific make, model and color. He confirmed Largo Honda had what I wanted in stock and in an abundance of caution e-mailed a picture of it. This was a welcome relief from working with another dealer who told me they had what I wanted and when I arrived for a test drive they admitted they didn’t really have the model I wanted in stock. Within an hour of talking to Jorge, he had the car I wanted ready for a test drive. When we sat down to negotiate the purchase price, he gave me numbers that were right in the target range of what I was expecting pay - the experience was absolutely hassle-free. I signed all the paperwork but was unable to close that day because the bank had closed. I called Jorge the next morning and asked if we could revisit the deal to include a trade-in of my old van and a transfer of my tags. He said there was no problem, and there wasn’t, at least for me. I drove my old van down to Largo Honda - they gave me a fair trade-in value; did not renegotiate the price of the new van; and simply reprocessed the necessary paperwork. As nerve wracking as buying a new car can be, Largo Honda made it a pleasure. More
