Deon quoted a price to my son over the phone. We went to the dealer with him and Deon showed him the vehicle, gave no high pressure sale, and matched the quote as given. I called the dealership one evening shortly before they were to close for the night. I explained that I was looking for an Accord and that I was wanting the best out the door price I could get. Deon said to give him 15 minutes and called back with a number that was OK but I wasn't totally sold. He said he would see what else he could do in the morning when he could ask for further approval. Deon called me the next day with a number that was below any other dealership in the area and actually others in the state. On top of that, they agreed to purchase my Civic as part of the deal for what it was appraised at by an independent dealer, sight unseen. Once arriving at the Dealership, Deon showed me all of the options of the car and helped me decide on the perfect color etc and didn't try to pressure me at all. When it came time to sign the papers, the deal was EXACTLY as Deon had described over the phone, no added fees and they purchased my trade-in as promised. After going into the finance office, Steve was excellent and didn't try to pressure me with any crazy upsells. He simply explained the benefits of their extended warranty and stepped out for a few to let me decide if that was something I wanted to add on or not. This was a great car buying experience and I look forward to working with Deon and Steve in the future when it's time to trade in this Accord. Thanks guys. More
