He said if I want to change the oil, I have to pay because I didn't by the Diler warranty. My car is 18 Monts and should be free, because of factory warranty. Then we go to the service Manager, and she told him oil should be changed. In this matter of spiking if the car has 3 ears or 36 months warranty always count what came first, but not for the oil if I don't pay. What a contradiction according to a service advisor. More

First time coming here, wasn’t greeted by any service person had to go find a rep for simple oil change. I made an appointment for change three days prior for 9 o’clock. I found Casandra at her desk, sitting with her leg up on her chair and one on the floor eating chips as my greeting she mentioned the service was $99 and had the wrong car as recorded, and I civic four-cylinderI said the price I was given was $59 and she said yeah you got a coupon I said no I don’t. She didn’t offer away for me to find one so I found myself she said it would be an hour and a half. I came back two hours later and the car was not even looked at yet. She said well it’s only been one hour and 50 minutes She completely didn’t care or had the body language to show that she wasn’t going to resolve the issue. I asked to speak to a service manager and she was pretty flippant about my request as well. She’s not here. You wanna talk to my GM as if my concern for leaving the appointment on time and getting to work on time was of no consequence to her. Listen, I want my car back. I’m leaving. I won’t come back here again and when I want to go locate the keys, she said it’s too late. They already took your car so reluctantly, I sat there and waited until my car was completed. Another 40 minutes went by and then I saw my car was completed because it was sitting there in the service bay ready for pick up, which no one alerted me to being done. The service itself was given it routine. Check up the service seem to go well with minor recommendations to replace the air conditioning filter and tire wear. I found a coupon online presented to her and I said thank you for taking it and Casandra just said no problem. No apologies from this immature service rep. I’m not sure how she interacts with other people in this neighborhood I’m pretty easy-going. I’ve been to other dealers like Rick case Honda in Davie never had this experience ever. I’m not sure how she stays employed watching her in her interaction with customer service unless she’s dealing with other teenage customers who don’t care I guess she’s a good employee. More
