I bought a vehicle from this dealership in April 2025, but it is now mid July and I cannot drive it because Largo Honda still has not surrendered the vehicle title to allow me to register it. Largo Honda is known for not surrendering vehicle titles to the finance company to allow you to register your vehicle. I purchased a car from Largo Honda in Florida City in April 2025. Now I'm paying for a vehicle that is sitting in my driveway and I cannot legally drive. Largo Honda has an F RATING WITH THE BBB for the same issue as mine. More

I have been a customer for about 20 years. Purchased one car, used service for both cars. However when I recently purchased my 2025 things are different. I realize some of the fault was mine for not paying closer attention, but never thought I'd be taken advantage of. Mr Estevez added GAP and an Oil Change Plan. He said I would get free oil changes however did not specifically tell me it was $1500.00. When I asked, was told nothing is free. I checked about canceling those plans. Was sent a form, which I immediately returned on 5/19/25. I emailed on 5/22 to confirm receipt, since I didn't get any reply after sending, was told it was sent. On 6/19 I emailed to get a phone number to check on it. I NEVER got a response. On 7/2 I found a number, was told they received the form on 6/19, the date I inquired from Mr Estevez, but got no response. I also left several voice messages on the number on his card, no replies. I left a message with Gabriela, no response. I called main number, was told someone would call back, no response. I sent an email on 7/2 to Mr Estevez with a copy to General Manager. As of today, 7/7/25, NO RESPONSE. I am still waiting for payments to be sent to the loan company so I can refinance the car. I will no longer go to Largo Honda. I would rate a zero for Mr Estevez.
