When I scheduled my 25k maintenance I faked if I could edit and take my car to do both at same time even if it was over 25,000 miles and they said that’s fine . So when I went today they told me because I went over the mileage for service they could not cover under Toyota care . I just then paid for my oil change and service advisor told me if I had question and I asked what was done with my car and he said oil change and just for any leaks . But I thought they couldn’t do that because my maintenance expired . It doesn’t say any thing on my invoice about them doing anything but oil . I’m so disappointed with my service and mislead . My vehicle was scheduled for routine maintenance at 30000 miles. This included an oil change and tire rotation as well as multipoint inspection. Usually the vehicle is also given a car wash, but not this time. The interior of the vehicle also still had the vehicle ticket number on the dash, number 314. It makes me question if the oil change and tire rotation services were even performed since the simpler jobs of washing the car and removing the service ticket number did not occur. My service rep was excellent on the other hand. Do better with the actual vehicle service, LHM Toyota. Seems like a pretty lazy job this time. More
