We bought our 2004 forerunner from you folks brand new. Your service department has done almost all of the service. Work has been good. Your service advisor. Devon has been very good. I must say I love and trust their service department! They have been honest with me and the young lady Serenity is the one I ALWAYS ask for because she is responsive and understanding! The service has gone downhill in the last couple of years. My vehicle was returned to me wit a big greasy smudge on the side of it. Convenient location. Use of tables in the showroom allows guests to get away from the regular waiting area which is very loud. I had questions about the text communication that I received regarding services recommended had to ask another service advisor (Will) for help he directed me to Martin. Once I found Martin he was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I will request Martin next time, but I hope he is moved to inside because having to talk with a service advisor in the garage area is awkward, and makes name feel like I’m not good enough to rate inside service. I hope Martin stays with the dealership- I’ve been getting service here for 2.5 years and never had the same advisor! More
