Hi Jon, we have spoke many times via email. You are the one who said Jeep denied any assistance to cover my seat heater. After checking around the internet it seems this is a WELL KNOWN issue with JKs and while Jeep has been forced to recall things like airbags, apparently they do not seem to find it important to recall widespread issues with their seat heaters. AND I have been in several times now for the same problem that has clearly NEVER been properly repaired. While my warranty expired during the COVID shutdown (and me being a nurse working the frontline I have not got much of a break to address my own needs in the past year), apparently I missed the cutoff to actually get my Jeep fixed. My Jeep is still under 60,000 miles and I'm having several issues that are not reasonable at this age of vehicle. My JK was my all-time favorite vehicle; but with this AND other issues I'm having, and Jeep's poor customer support I'm seriously looking at just getting rid of the thing. I do not want my $50,000 vehicle stranding me and my small child. Nor is there any reason a vehicle this price should come with such a struggle to properly fix an obviously defective seat.
