Service has some of the worst communication, I tried using their text message system for updates and never will hear back. I had to call everytime to get some sort of update. I am simply asking for good using their text message system for updates and never will hear back. I had to call everytime to get some sort of update. I am simply asking for good communication and reasonable updates on my vehicle. They keep the vehicle for days and do not offer any sort of courtesy vehicle. I do not recommend this dealership. More

I mostly have had excellent service all the way around except phone in experience. I had a frustrating experience checking on my extended warranty because one LMP does not share records of service or war except phone in experience. I had a frustrating experience checking on my extended warranty because one LMP does not share records of service or warranties with another. I almost had to pay $740 for something under warranty. With a lot of footwork on my own, I got it taken care of although. Everything else including the excellent service we got from Rick Bell. He was friendly and really tried to help us through the process. But it was also hard to contact him by phone! That is really my only concern. More
