I scheduled my appointment but was told it really is not a schedule just the date you bring it in to wait in line. I was originally told I could wait to have the factory recall done since it was just a software upgrade vs leaving the vehicle for two days. It took almost 2 years before the company & dealership had the upgraded software. Ridiculous. More
I have been a customer for Larry H. Miller for about 10 years now and I am sad to say, my experience has changed drastically. When the Miller's owned the dealerships, customer service was impeccable. Communication was quick and they always knew how to "take care of the customer". Since the Asberry's took over, the customer service has gone down hill. I never heard from anyone at the dealership and when I called, they always just referred me to the app, even after I indicated on the app that I wanted to hear from a person. This would all be fine but the app was not very detailed and gave me an overall view of what was wrong, not the specifics. Additionally, this dealership specifically has a very poor reputation within it's industry. I had many mechanics warn me that they would not trust this dealership and even had a tow company who tows for them say "they're very disorganized". Since then, I have had multiple companies write me an estimate for the same work that Miller was going to do and they are both cheaper by at least $500. Poor communication and overcharging customers seems to be bad for business, which is why I believe this dealership had a minimal wait time. More

Service has some of the worst communication, I tried using their text message system for updates and never will hear back. I had to call everytime to get some sort of update. I am simply asking for good using their text message system for updates and never will hear back. I had to call everytime to get some sort of update. I am simply asking for good communication and reasonable updates on my vehicle. They keep the vehicle for days and do not offer any sort of courtesy vehicle. I do not recommend this dealership. More
