Service has some of the worst communication, I tried using their text message system for updates and never will hear back. I had to call everytime to get some sort of update. Lost wheel lock key. Drove the car too stealership and they refused to help. They had the key but wanted nearly $100. I mostly have had excellent service all the way around except phone in experience. I had a frustrating experience checking on my extended warranty because one LMP does not share records of service or war except phone in experience. I had a frustrating experience checking on my extended warranty because one LMP does not share records of service or warranties with another. I almost had to pay $740 for something under warranty. With a lot of footwork on my own, I got it taken care of although. Everything else including the excellent service we got from Rick Bell. He was friendly and really tried to help us through the process. But it was also hard to contact him by phone! That is really my only concern. More
