I scheduled my appointment but was told it really is not a schedule just the date you bring it in to wait in line. I have been a customer for Larry H. Miller for about 10 years now and I am sad to say, my experience has changed drastically. When the Miller's owned the dealerships, customer service w Miller for about 10 years now and I am sad to say, my experience has changed drastically. When the Miller's owned the dealerships, customer service was impeccable. Communication was quick and they always knew how to "take care of the customer". Since the Asberry's took over, the customer service has gone down hill. I never heard from anyone at the dealership and when I called, they always just referred me to the app, even after I indicated on the app that I wanted to hear from a person. This would all be fine but the app was not very detailed and gave me an overall view of what was wrong, not the specifics. Additionally, this dealership specifically has a very poor reputation within it's industry. I had many mechanics warn me that they would not trust this dealership and even had a tow company who tows for them say "they're very disorganized". Since then, I have had multiple companies write me an estimate for the same work that Miller was going to do and they are both cheaper by at least $500. Poor communication and overcharging customers seems to be bad for business, which is why I believe this dealership had a minimal wait time. More
