i was lied to> ZERO STARS. I spoke with Cheyenne via email and text about a jeep i wanted to drive 5 hours away to buy and she lied about having the vehicle i wanted ZERO STARS. I spoke with Cheyenne via email and text about a jeep i wanted to drive 5 hours away to buy and she lied about having the vehicle i wanted. she sent me an email saying it was showing in silver but they had it in white with everything i wanted. i had proof in text that she "had a white jeep ready for me to buy". i confirmed with her and said ok i'll come the next day but i'm driving 5 hours away she said, " i wouldn't bring you 5 hrs to waste both of our times, risk bad reviews, and a chance with another customer if i wasn't good on this vehicle vin and price given". the next came and i had another dealership of course trying to get my business and i showed them my offer and they said they didnt have that jeep in white and the only one in stock in that area was the one on their lot. so i then contacted cheyenne and she texted back the manager is going to call me and explain. I am already 3 hours on my way and they never had the vehicle and hoped id come all the way and say screw it i will just buy the silver one ( which i would have never done when spending that kind of money) so overall she made my car experience buying TERRIBLE and i feel violated and lied to buy a scamming car dealership. More
