bought my 2017 Ram from Larry Miller. I have always had great credit, and put $7000 down on my truck. When they went to run my excellent credit (750+) they ran it through 5 different lending companies and great credit, and put $7000 down on my truck. When they went to run my excellent credit (750+) they ran it through 5 different lending companies and wrecked my credit score. All without my permission! Then they refused to honor any of the specials or promotions they had going on, stating “it’s only for people who have bad credit.) Nowhere online or while speaking to them, did they mention that to get the promotions, you had to have crap for credit. Would never recommend again! More

It was time for my first oil change in my 2019 Ram 2500 Diesel. No big deal, I went online and made an appointment. I later found out I could have just “drove in” to have it done, no appointment needed. Diesel. No big deal, I went online and made an appointment. Expecting about an hour, 20 minutes later, the truck is ready!! In that 20 minutes I was texted by the tech making sure I was okay. Bottom line from sales, to service, to overall professionalism LHM Boise is a great dealership. I highly recommend them for all of your vehicle needs. More
