Although they do good work and are organized to track who does what and what is being done with your car, they simply take too long doing an oil change, talking over an hour when other places are around half does what and what is being done with your car, they simply take too long doing an oil change, talking over an hour when other places are around half an hour. They also give you a tracking link to keep updated with the progress of their work, but they don't update it and it gets stuck in the in progress step and doesn't advance, which makes it kind of pointless. Financial documents, trade in documents, not provided. No flash drive available, email never received. Requested twice by phone & once through email. Was told the finance team has just been busy. Kuddi program - stated I had payment ready, and just needed the vehicle information once I determined what vehicle I wanted. Verified I could pay through America first with regional manger Tina as the the conversation with the sales rep made no sense. Then was ran through the program anyways, and questioned the applications the entire time and was told that this was their way to coordinate payment without me having to get get it. (I see how dumb I was to believe it now) expressed frustration to the sales rep. Features discussed, and asked if there were any differences between the vehicles I was looking at vs the one he presented. Was told there were no feature differences between the models I was considering and the one he presented besides year, mileage and possible screen size. -pointed out the back window buttons implying power windows for the back. - sales rep stated the U-Connect app could control remote start, locks, and windows. Coming from a higher advanced vehicle with strong technology this made sense. The vehicle has no ability to use any of these features in the U-Connect app. The sales rep made multiple comments regarding my salary showing a lack of confidentiality and professionalism. Sales rep offered zyn nicotine pouches throughout the transaction. Also stated he was 19, which implies an illegal act. During the finance process multiple system errors occurred and they continued to need to grab their regional manger for assistance. The regional manager mentioned the system implementation had caused some delays, and that with one person quitting and another on vacation, and with my finance guy being new it was taking some time. (It was apparent they were making effort, but the lack of experience was concerning.) Sales rep stated they would transfer ownership of the Tesla ownership account. I dropped the vehicle as a driver, but didn’t transfer ownership so they could add it to their applicable account. I intitually was going to remove it and began expressing that until he stated they would take care of it. A day later I began receiving charges from a Tesla supercharger as ownership had not been adjusted. Had to get ahold of Tesla customer service, and re-add my account as a driver, and get it removed. Spend over an hour coordinating this with Tesla support and now they require the trade in paperwork to dispute charges which 4 days later they are still unable to provide. Pursing their options for their exchange program, I was assigned a new sales representative. (Jordan. Which, Jordan was fantastic, his knowledge of the vehicles and professionalism was impressive, shout out to Jordan.) They presented me with the exchange options, and within three days of vehicle usage they presented me with roughly a $6k thousand dollar difference from my original purchase price which was appalling. To install the features I desired, I was originally told they were unavailable, but then when I went into the dealership, was told they would be $4k. It was apparent they presented pricing options that would match what my cost would be to install these features, so they only offered a $2k discount to match the cost of the features. Vehicles were roughly 6k apart, and ideally switching to an older, less expensive vehicle I expected to see a slight return. Coordinating the second vehicle, through the exchange program, I wanted to discuss the options to dispute the pre-purchased warranty for the first one. It all goes so fast you almost don’t have time unless your agresivo about your time needed. More
