I am very dissatisfied with how Larry H. Miller handles service. First, when you call, they encourage you to get a link sent to you to make an appointment online. That is the first mistake you shouldn't fall for. Second, when you make an appointment, that doesn't mean they are going to look at your vehicle at that time. They wanted me to leave the vehicle for over a week before they could look at it and evaluate it. I thought the whole purpose of making an appointment was to have the vehicle evaluated at that time. I couldn't just leave my vehicle with them for 7 days before they would even look at it. That is a terrible way to do business.

For Clarity sake I would be happy to post the picture of the Paperwork we signed as Did you. There are but two options 1. You were unaware that the information you signed was inaccurate/ thus displaying that you did not do your due diligence before entering into a legally binding contract. 2. You presented information in an effort to deceive a potential customer in order to make a deal. With the amount of questions and verifications we went through in order to verify if the vehicle qualified for the 7,500.00 I am leaning more towards option 2. These types of deceitful practices are illegal and your dealership fleeced us out of 3,750.00 because of them. Let me know when you would like to make it right. Below is a text copy of the PPW we signed as did you. I was unable to submit pictures to this page.
