I took my vehicle in for a oil and filter change on I took my vehicle in for a oil and filter change on March 24th . It took about 2 hours to get my vehicle back oil change tire rotation and bath . To I took my vehicle in for a oil and filter change on March 24th . It took about 2 hours to get my vehicle back oil change tire rotation and bath . Took a little longer than expected but still ok , a few days latter I changed the shocks front and rear on the same vehicle . I had to come in from the wheel well to get to the upper bolt on the shock and noticed the oil filter was old and dirty . I contacted the dealer when they wanted me to do a review , with my complaint even sent photos of the filter ! No one ever got back with me I contacted them via the email and text message its been weeks now and decided to do a review . Clearly they did not change the filter so I am suspect if they even changed the oil clearly the filter was not changed . I am upset that no one cared to contact me regards my complaint ! More
