Horrible Business! Reason People Hate Car Dealers! After much searching, I found the vehicle I wanted at Larry H Miller Chrysler in Surprise, Arizona. I emailed the dealership to make an offer on a veh After much searching, I found the vehicle I wanted at Larry H Miller Chrysler in Surprise, Arizona. I emailed the dealership to make an offer on a vehicle. They called me, we agreed on a price, I left a deposit, and sent insurance and drives license information, and was assured we'd finalize everything the next day. After not returning my call in the morning, I get a TEXT MESSAGE! from a manager later afternoon, telling me that they went ahead and sold the car to someone else after I left a deposit and we had an agreement in place. HE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL ME! THIS DEALERSHIP AND IT'S STAFF ARE THE EMBODIMENT OF WHY PEOPLE HATE CAR DEALERS. In any other business, someone would get fired for this kind of unethical business. BUYER BEWARE! More
