I found a vehicle that I wanted online and when I went in to take it for a test drive, I was helped by Brittany, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the car and all of it's many features. Her friendly, low pressure approach was really refreshing. I loved the car but had to come back later to complete the purchase. They were able to get my credit processed in advance and had everything ready for me when I got there to make it a speedier process.
