I arrived at the dealer and met J.C. and immediately felt at ease. We walked over to the trucks we had discussed and he told me the differences between them and asked which one I would care to test. I asked him about a different style that wasn't in stock and he did a search and found what was available, showed me the style differences and cost differences between the vehicles. I ended up purchasing one that was in stock. The pricing was excellent. He was able to give me top dollar for my trade and priced the truck at a very reasonable cost. There was no need for negotiating. It was a very pleasant experience to purchase my truck from J.C. and Larry Miller in Surprise. I have purchased many vehicles in my 61 years of age and I can say that by far dealing with J.C. was my best experience. No hassle, no stress, and was treated as if he cared about ME.
