I scheduled my appointment online two days prior. I showed up half hour early for an oil change and tire rotation. It took two hours and 45 minutes before I received my truck back the next day. I was pulling out of the driveway and I realize there was lots of oil Spots on the driveway from my recent oil change of my brand new house. This dealership was extremely unhelpful my warranty had expired by less then 60 days on a service that was going to now cost me $8000 dollars! I have purchased multiple Dodge products in my life but I will expired by less then 60 days on a service that was going to now cost me $8000 dollars! I have purchased multiple Dodge products in my life but I will never buy another Dodge product. The service writer would not even call Customer Service he just gave me a number and said you can try… very unsatisfied with the Customer Service!! More
