This place is a joke. My husband and I went there February 17th and bought a new Charger. We traded in an older Charger. All paperwork was completed that day and we were t My husband and I went there February 17th and bought a new Charger. We traded in an older Charger. All paperwork was completed that day and we were told the trade in would be paid off. On March 11th the car was still not paid off with our credit union and we still had no information on the new loan. My husband went to the dealership and was told "oh we messed up the paperwork and it was rejected. We haven't even sent anything to the DMV yet. Then the finance guy said you and your wife will need to come in again to redo the paperwork. Later that same day got a call nope we are good we took care of it no need to come back. Two days later we get a call we overnighted a check to the credit union to pay off the car. It is now March 19th the car hasn't been paid off we now owe a payment on the old car and the new car. No plates from the DMV and NO ONE WILL CALL US BACK OR TAKE OUR CALLS!! BEWARE RUN! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Take your business somewhere else!!! I have always bought my cars from Bill Luke on Camelback and NEVER had an issue I will go back to Bill Luke because Larry H Miller is a joke. I will never send business to this dealership! More

The dealer ship is always clean and everyone inside is always very friendly. TJ is our service advisor and he is very polite and keeps us in the loop if they find something else on our truck that needs to always very friendly. The vehicle needed a new radio ( 2023 Pacifica ). The only problem was that after the radio was installed Sirius/XM wouldn’t work and all of my presets were gone. I’ll need dealer assistance.
