I didn’t have a great experience with this dealership today. Took 4 hours to get an oil change and I had to call and ask after hour 3. I think my truck somehow got lost in the system. The service at this dealership has gotten worse over the years. I took my car to this dealership for something they had allegedly repaired 18 months earlier. Now they wanted to charge me $1200 more and I declined. The issue was cold air blowing from the driver side but allegedly repaired 18 months earlier. Now they wanted to charge me $1200 more and I declined. The issue was cold air blowing from the driver side but not the passenger side and when I picked up the vehicle, I have zero cold air blowing now. I will never be returning to the shop as they are not reliable, or seemingly honest. More
