Service dept will try to rip you off. Brought my 2018 jlu in because the start stop wasn't working. Quoted me 700 to replace the aux battery. I declined. Purchased the aux battery from au Brought my 2018 jlu in because the start stop wasn't working. Quoted me 700 to replace the aux battery. I declined. Purchased the aux battery from auto zone while installing new battery found the original receipt attached to the old battery showing it wasn't even 10 months old. So I had it tested and there was nothing wrong with the battery. And still waiting for my dent to be repaired which they were soposed to schedule. I cant believe they were going to try to charge me 700 for changing a battery that didn't need to be changed. I changed the battery regardless and my start stop still doesn't work More
