Salesman Niko was awesome from the very beginning! I was inquiring online for a new Jeep Gladiator and I didn't like what they offered me on the website. I opted out. Niko called me moments later and I was inquiring online for a new Jeep Gladiator and I didn't like what they offered me on the website. I opted out. Niko called me moments later and spoke a moment about my trade. He advised they could do better with the options I explained over the phone and that I should come in and talk it over. He was never pushy over the phone and that extended when I arrived at the dealer throughout the whole purchase deal. Niko was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, precise, swift, and came through with everything he promised during a little negotiating. I really liked how he explained everything he was doing during the process, and made sure I was happy about everything. WhatI I enjoyed the most is his positive attitude that never changed. I'm an older buyer with experience buying multiple vehicles. He never lost respect for the customer, and was always completely honest.
