Made an appointment a day before, showed up for the appointment to be told the person the appointment was under was not there, and they were several days backed up. (Whats the point of making an appoin appointment to be told the person the appointment was under was not there, and they were several days backed up. (Whats the point of making an appointment?) Then was called hours later to be told they didn't know where my vehicle was. After an hour of arguing with them and the tow company, Chrysler selected, they found my vehicle on their lot. It took 7 days for the vehicle to be fixed. Apparently caused by an aftermarket security system installed by Chrysler. So even though the vehicle was 6 months old and still under warranty I was never offered a loaner or rental car or anything costing me hundreds in missed work and Lyft rides, so overall not a pleasant experience. More

Despite the delay, the dealership ensured I was never without a vehicle by graciously providing loaners and making accommodations to keep me on the road. This level of customer care is rare and highly appreciated. The entire team, including service manager Mike Queen, was always polite, respectful, and attentive to my concerns. Having previously dealt with another dealership where I did not receive the same level of service, respect, or kindness, the contrast was stark.
