What I can say is once you made your purchase, the service department means business. Nowhere have I seen the flow I see there and they don‘t mess around either. The Techs are well trained and should they doubt their diagnosis in the slightest they pull another tech over to brainstorm and work together. These guys don‘t check the clock and wait for 1800 they stay late to make sure you are happy. Try it out. More

Second, when you make an appointment, that doesn't mean they are going to look at your vehicle at that time. They wanted me to leave the vehicle for over a week before they could look at it and evaluate it. I thought the whole purpose of making an appointment was to have the vehicle evaluated at that time. I couldn't just leave my vehicle with them for 7 days before they would even look at it. That is a terrible way to do business. More
