Ive had many friends buy new trucks and some had issues. Usually it ends there and the dealership avoids any contact after that. Can‘t let that one bad apple ruin the experience at Larry Miller. What I can say is once you made your purchase, the service department means business. Nowhere have I seen the flow I see there and they don‘t mess around either. The Techs are well trained and should they doubt their diagnosis in the slightest they pull another tech over to brainstorm and work together. These guys don‘t check the clock and wait for 1800 they stay late to make sure you are happy. Try it out. More

I am very dissatisfied with how Larry H. Miller handles service. First, when you call, they encourage you to get a link sent to you to make an appointment online. That is the first mistake Miller handles service. First, when you call, they encourage you to get a link sent to you to make an appointment online. That is the first mistake you shouldn't fall for. Second, when you make an appointment, that doesn't mean they are going to look at your vehicle at that time. They wanted me to leave the vehicle for over a week before they could look at it and evaluate it. I thought the whole purpose of making an appointment was to have the vehicle evaluated at that time. I couldn't just leave my vehicle with them for 7 days before they would even look at it. That is a terrible way to do business. More

Each time I come in for service, whether it's scheduled or emergency, Tyler has always been such a big help! He breaks down everything that needs to happen and the why of it. He goes into detail just so I understand everything that's going on with my vehicle. He's even gone as far to sit with me (and all my questions) so I could better track and compile data (for my own use) to estimate and plan for future service. I am completely at ease when I take my car in to him, because I know all the necessary issues will be handled accordingly and within budget. More
