The service department is not that great when you sit in your vehicle for 30 minutes after pulling up to service and nobody helps you and the only reason why somebody does come up to your car is because you your vehicle for 30 minutes after pulling up to service and nobody helps you and the only reason why somebody does come up to your car is because you call them and tell them that you’ve been there since 1050 for an 11 o’clock service appointment is unprofessional. It took me to call somebody for me to get help. And mind you my appointment was at 11 and I did not leave there until after 1 o’clock for a simple oil change. More

The staff treated me fairly and with respect. Sebastian went the extra mile to make the sale happen. Service was very slow. You schedule an appointment and get there early and it still takes them over an hour to actually take your vehicle to the bay to get worked on. Then You schedule an appointment and get there early and it still takes them over an hour to actually take your vehicle to the bay to get worked on. Then once done it takes another long wait before you’re told your vehicle is ready. More

I went in for a complimentary interior detail. When I went to pick up my truck—after having to walk around the parking lot to find it—I noticed that only half of the interior had been wiped down. Even the inside of the windshield wasn’t cleaned. I understand this was a complimentary detail but if this is your quality of service I will never bring my vechile in for any other services. More
