Larry Miller Experience Dewayne our sales person did a very good job finding us what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly throughout the transac Dewayne our sales person did a very good job finding us what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly throughout the transaction. 2 things happened that we were very disappointed about. The truck had to be detailed prior to us taking ownership. Which it was, but when we got home and had some time to ourselves to look it over we found an empty Gatorade bottle placed in the lower consul compartment atop a plastic floor mat stating that “ We value your business” . This was upsetting considering that we had just spent 70k. Also at the time that we were taking the final possession of the truck and going over all of the the features with Dewayne outside under the canopy the music on the building speakers was so loud that I asked twice to have it turned down and was told that it could not be. It became so unbearable that my wife left early as she could no longer stand it. Bryson Hicks from Larry Miller called yesterday after hearing of our experience and did his best to apologize and make it right. And we appreciate his effort, but this should have never have happened. More

Made the process so easy So my wife wanted to look at a Durango she found on the dealership's website. She used the texting option to talk to someone about it and told them sh So my wife wanted to look at a Durango she found on the dealership's website. She used the texting option to talk to someone about it and told them she didn't want to bother coming down if we couldn't get acceptable financing. They took her information and told us we were approved before we even went to look at it. She went and looked at it, fell in love with it and we decided to proceed on the purchase. By the time she came home to get me and we returned, not only did they have everything ready to go and just needing signatures but they actually found us an even better percentage rate than they had before we left. They continued looking for the best options for us even after we had already agreed to the purchase. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had, aside from handing a private party some cash when I was younger and taking the title. I appreciate the team at Larry H. Miller Avondale for making this a pleasant experience. We'll definitely go there next time we need a vehicle. More
