I had an appointment for my concern at 830am, the car was there all day and no one even looked at it. A say lost as it was the next workday before it was diagnosed. The third day the part was received and installed in a couple of hours. I had to pay for a rental car for 4 days as it occurred on a weekend and they were closed on Sunday. Even the oil change wasn't even done the first day my car was there. More
