Very disappointed with the service department, I took my car (2017 dodge journey) with a suspension noise to service and my advisor(Juan) keeps telling me to replace the front struts, I took the car to a su car (2017 dodge journey) with a suspension noise to service and my advisor(Juan) keeps telling me to replace the front struts, I took the car to a suspension shop for a second opinion and they said the struts are fine that the problems are something else(stabilizer bar bushings, sway bar links, and the end rods), very frustrated! my car is still under warranty and now I will have to spend out-of-pocket money to get it fixed, unacceptable. I purched my last truck and my current truck from these guys. I called today to schedule an oil change and the had no record of me. We recently brought one of our company fleet vehicles in for a check engine light and recalls. We were informed of the issues being resolved as well as having a 15 point inspection. When we arrived we stood at the counter and was ignored by all at the counter, some messing around on their cell phones. We had to get their attention. We were given our key and told that our truck was somewhere out in the lot and we can go find it. Upon picking up the truck our driver noticed the service engine soon notification on the dash. We had to have the oil changed ourselves. I tried reaching the service manager but he's in a "meeting". What a poor experience. Zero customer service. More

Very unhappy with Larry H. Miller Dodge in Tucson, AZ. Been trying to get out Winnebago Travato, which is on a Dodge ProMaster chassis, since April 2022. I have no problem with Todd, our service tech, but I have nothing good to say about the many people who tried to fix it. I’ve taken it there 4 different days of which they only worked on it for 2 of the days. Then it was there for almost 3 weeks. On top of that a lady from customer relations called today to ask about how satisfied we were and while I was giving my opinion I was cut off. Thing is she never called back! VERY DISSATISFIED AND UNHAPPY! More
Wow, absolutely worst dealership i have ever been to. Stacy barnett is the rudest person i have ever dealt with. I tried to talk with him over the phone, but he would constantly talk over me and not listen to any of my issues. So now im going to post those issues on here. Bought a brand new 1500 from LHM. On walkthru found a part that was broken from the factory. Scott king came out and told me the technician who put my truck together found the broken part and knew about it but never did anything about it. They could have easily replaced the part before i was there to pickup the truck if they had cared. I asked scott king to replace the broken part from my truck with another on the lot , so i would have a fully functional truck but he refused and promised they would replace the broken part. I had already given them my check so i believed scott when he said the part would get replaced. Even had 3 women from purchasing come out and take pictures of the broken part. Its over a year later and LHM has made no attempts at replacing my part. If it was just this one issue i would be ok, but there are other issues. The technicians working there smoke pot in the parking lot during breaks. I saw them using the same e-pen i use so i know that they are smoking pot. Tried to tell stacy but as i said he had no interest in listening to anything i had to say. Once i took possession of the truck i found that fluids still needed to be topped off. I had one 5 second spray of washer fluid before it ran dry. Coolant, oil levels were all low. Also doubtful my tires were filled with nitrogen as the coldest day all my tires were under inflated even though they charged me $500 for nitrogen filled tires. The battery also died a couple months into ownership. But like i said stacey wouldn't listen to me about any of these issues. Told me he would look into replacing my broken part a year ago,but he never contacted me back. Worth noting i filed numerous complaints with ram corporate to no avail. When i call to check on my ticket im told they dont follow up on customer complaints. Will NEVER do any business with LHM or ram ever again. More
