I scheduled an appointment for a recall. I decided to wait for the hour to hour and a half that it said it would take to complete the recall when I scheduled the appointment. When I check in they inform me that it would take a full day or even overnight to repair. They asked if I wanted to reschedule. What a waste of my time. Why couldn't you have told me that upfront. True to his word, we arrived at the dealership in less than 15 minutes, and Brad wasted no time in attending to our car. Impressively, Brad made a promise to have our car ready by the time we needed to pick up our children from school and drive them to their various after-school activities. Despite our initial expectation of waiting for approximately 6 hours, Brad exceeded our hopes and called us before lunch to inform us that our car was ready for pick-up. In addition to the promptness of the service, the price charged by Brad was fair, reflecting his commitment to customer satisfaction. His outstanding level of care and attention to detail truly stood out during our entire experience.
