When in for oil change came out with a new car Went to Larry H Miller downtown Spokane for a routine oil change and had no intentions on even thinking about buying a new car when I asked the sales Went to Larry H Miller downtown Spokane for a routine oil change and had no intentions on even thinking about buying a new car when I asked the sales advisor if they had any new versions of my car which was a Honda accord sport . and so they connected me to a fellow named Nick which is the sales manager . Nick was very down to earth practically made me feel like family went above and beyond his duties . No pressure I would recommend Larry H Miller to my friends and family More

Total Care Maintenance Plan B is misleading In September 17, 2017 I bought one of the Service Specials promotions, Total Care Maintenance Plan B, for three oil changes at $75 in the Larry H. Mi In September 17, 2017 I bought one of the Service Specials promotions, Total Care Maintenance Plan B, for three oil changes at $75 in the Larry H. Miller Honda Spokane Downtown. Since I don't put any significant mileage to my car, a Honda Civic, a year went by before I scheduled I appointed a second oil change on October 22, 2018. I was informed then by Larry H. Miller staff that I would not be able to do any other oil change since I had not made my respective service in the 1 year period required by the promotion. At the time of my first visit, when I made the first oil change I was never informed of this small print. The staff claim it is in the contract, which was never provided to me and it was never found in their system/files per my request at the end of my second visit. This promotion is deceitful and misleading, not to the level of customer satisfaction that it is expected by the Honda brand. More
