I brought the car in for a scheduled oil change and also radiator hose replacement, which I was told was needed at the previous servicing. Moreover, I had been told, that certain "recalled" aspects needed to be replaced. This was all fine and I greatly appreciate this thorough tracking. After the car was finished, while driving it that night, I heard a knocking, metallic noise under the hood whenever I'd hit a rough patch of road. I found this extremely unusual as in the 16 years I have had this 1996 Honda Civic, I have never heard a sound from under that hood... never. The car was returned to the service center the next day, with no question, where your experts worked on it for over an hour checking everything possible as well as test driving it twice. This was impressive. That night the car was driven to Portland, Oregon and then back a few days later. I never heard one sound in all that driving... So whatever was wrong had been fixed. Unfortunately, this did put us off schedule, but these things happen and your service center did everything they could to remedy the situation, which I truly appreciate. I am always very pleased with your work. Everyone is extremely kind. It is an enigma what happened. Everything is fine now. Loved the salesman Clint. Loved the car. Totally betrayed by the financing dept. I will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone. I realize it is buyer beware and it is my fault for signing the contrac by the financing dept. I will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone. I realize it is buyer beware and it is my fault for signing the contract but they totally scammed me. When telling them I wanted to use my credit union they just had to push another place that could do the financing with a so much better interest rate. They never bothered to tell me they pack the financing with about $7000 of other items they assure you are all needed when you question a $13 thousand car going up to $20 thousand. After signing the contract and going home I discovered that all the extra charges were not neccessary. Being a widow with no one to guide me with financing I was totally scammed. I wonder how many other buyers fall for the "special financing" and then get kind of rushed through all the extra costs before you even have time to rethink about the great extras. Never use ANY financing but your own with this company. I am just devastated I got so manipulated. I am now responsible for a twenty thousand dollar car that would only have been 13 thousand with my credit union. I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never use this company. More

I took my car in for 2 reasons: to get the fan fixed and to put touch up paint on a couple of chips in the paint. I made the appointment online a week and a half in advance and they told me in an email tha to put touch up paint on a couple of chips in the paint. I made the appointment online a week and a half in advance and they told me in an email that they would be able to do the touch ups for free so long as the chips were small since I had the paint of the right color to bring in with me and that the fan repair would take about 2-3 hours. When I arrived they knew pretty much right away what the problem was with my fan just by the description but they told me they couldn't do the touch ups because the guy who does that isn't in on the weekends. When I complained saying that I had been assured in email that it would be done they said they would find someone to do it. About 2 and a half hours later they called saying they didn't have the part to fix the fan but the problem was exactly what they thought it was and did I want to wait until Tuesday for the part to come in. When I picked up the car they didn't really understand that I would not be back to Spokane again since I was moving out of state. They eventually said they would call the Honda service center in Lafayette, IN (where I'm moving) and check if they have the part in and would fix the fan. They said they would call Monday to tell me what they said. They never called back. Additionally, the touch ups they did were very messy and whoever did it didn't remove the rust in one spot before applying the paint. That is going to cause problems in the future for sure when it starts to chip again. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and the quality of the job they did. They didn't order the part ahead of time even though they had an almost certain idea of what was wrong in the comments I left when I set up the appointment online. They lied to me in email assuring me that it would be no problem getting a professional to touch up the chips in the paint (the guy who did it is NOT a professional). They took over 2 hours to let me know that they couldn't actually fix the fan. Why did it take so long when the time estimate to actually FIX the fan was 2-3 hours? They said they would call another service center to ask if they had the parts to repair our car and let us know what they said and they did not. I will never return to that Honda service center even if I wasn't moving out of state. More
We needed to have our Honda accord's keys made. Larry Miller Honda's receptionist was very pleasant to inform me about their operation hours and the fact they do make keys. Also I read their reviews and decided to go with Larry Miller Honda because not only other customers like them but also the store GM took time to responds to those unsatisfied customers' comments. When we went, the workers were busy yet didn't ignore us and kindly redirect us to the right place (Parts department). After explaining our situation, the person who helped us at the Parts depaertment was very helpful and quick. Unfortunately I don't remember his name. The keys works wonderful and way better than our copied keys. Thanks. More

I met with salesmen, repairmen, several managers--they were all courteous and did what they could to make my experience at the dealership a pleasant one. This is my first car and though I was an obvious amateur, I was assisted the whole way. There is no doubt in my mind that my future business will be exclusively with Larry H. When we have problems with our Hondas, we always feel comfortable calling him and expressing to him what our concerns are and we know he would always recommend the best course of action to take. He is like a brother that you can call and ask for guidance. He is one of the main reasons why we go to Miller Honda for our lube, oil and filter although we can have this done closer to home in Wandermere.
