"Service provided during unexpected problem was excellent"
While on a road trip on road trip from Orlando, FL I experienced unexpected problem with my gear shifter in my 2017 Honda CRV. I was able to coordinated the the Service and Parts Department at Larry Miller Honda for them to have the part available and installed while we were travelling through Spokane. When we arrived at the dealer we were treated very courteously and professional by their representatives and the service provided was excellent. We were at the dealership less than an hour and were able to continue our trip with minimal delay. I was surprised and very pleased with the Service provided by this dealership and would most assuredly recommend them. If I could rate them higher than the five stars I definitely would.

We were headed out of town & realized our CRV needed a LOF first. Your wonderful Service Dept had us drop off the vehicle on Saturday & worked us in. We were done before noon! And Eric suggested a filter we were thankful for when driving thru smoke on I-90. Thanks a bunch.

The dealership took care of me same day for a flat tire that required replacement. Also because I had a scheduled service appointment in a few days, they took care of that as well. The service manager Myron provides excellent customer service, as well as the entire team. I specifically drive downtown to go to Larry H Miller Honda while there is a closer option.

Great job. Great service. With friendly and knowledgeable people. Everything was explained to us so we knew what to expect and why. The items that must be fixed as well as those items that they thought were due were explained well and we felt comfortable with their recommendations.
My 2010 Accord air conditioner failed me on a very hot day. Larry H. Miller was able to quickly get me in for that service and also do a safety check. The service desk staff was very friendly and pleasant to work with and obviously seem to enjoy their job. The service was completed timely and at an affordable cost. I definitely would highly recommend Harry H. Miller dealership to friends and family!
