Service advisor did great, the techs didn’t help him one bit. Came in for an oil change and airbag recall. Before I even left the parking lot I turned back around for a loose item left in the steering wh bit. Came in for an oil change and airbag recall. Before I even left the parking lot I turned back around for a loose item left in the steering wheel behind the airbag you could hear when turning. Drove with no issues, come out to run an errand 20 min later to find a puddle of oil under the truck. Jacked the truck up to find the oil drain plug was loose about 1/4 turn. Everything has been fine since but not sure I’m taking anything back for a cheap oil change. More
