My Audi "check engine light" came on yesterday; and it was the last straw for me. I went on line and saw a car that I had been trying to buy on and off over the last 2 years. He apologized for the condition of the vehicle as it had not been cleaned yet and really did not want me to even test drive it; but, I wanted to. He said he would have a detailed and looking great for me "tomorrow", and when I picked it up today, he had kept his promise. He helped a rather lengthy process go well. He had Lyft pick me up today to get my car. He made what could have been a frustrating experience, go quite smoothly. If you are in the market or a car, I would recommend stopping by and ask for Nathan. More

I’m confused about having to make an appointment. I made an appointment for 12 and then waited 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. Throughout the entire process, Matt was patient and never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. He showed me two cars that fit my criteria and explained their features and benefits in detail. Matt was also very knowledgeable about the different financing options available to me, and he took the time to explain each one thoroughly. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I fully understood the terms and conditions before signing anything. In the end, I ended up purchasing a car that I absolutely love, and I couldn't be happier with my experience at the dealership.
