My Audi "check engine light" came on yesterday; and it was the last straw for me. I went on line and saw a car that I had been trying to buy on and off over the last 2 years. I arrived at 4:00 to the De was the last straw for me. I went on line and saw a car that I had been trying to buy on and off over the last 2 years. I arrived at 4:00 to the Dealer, and Nathan had been asked to take care of me by the sales person I was there to see. I am glad that I had Nathan. He was engaging and quite pleasant. He apologized for the condition of the vehicle as it had not been cleaned yet and really did not want me to even test drive it; but, I wanted to. He said he would have a detailed and looking great for me "tomorrow", and when I picked it up today, he had kept his promise. He helped a rather lengthy process go well. He had Lyft pick me up today to get my car. He made what could have been a frustrating experience, go quite smoothly. If you are in the market or a car, I would recommend stopping by and ask for Nathan. More

Just bought a used Audi from this place and I can’t say enough good things about them. Vohn was excellent in making sure I was happy and all my needs were met. I’m very particular about certain things and anything I would request about the car very taken care of no questions asked. I work for a different, larger dealership chain and I honestly felt like I was taken care of here, more then my own employer… yes I’ve bought cars from both. They aren’t pushy at any point in the buying process and that is important to me. Finance manager Dshon was great in getting me an excellent deal on an extended warranty as well. Will be using them in the future and advise anyone reading this does as well. More

I wanted to add with Dshon in Finance, that he did me a nice favor: Since i traded in a relatively new auto for the Genesis, and still had 7 months to go before my registration expired, Dshon recommended I nice favor: Since i traded in a relatively new auto for the Genesis, and still had 7 months to go before my registration expired, Dshon recommended I go to ADOT and file for a refund. I did that today and it will be $450.00 I asked the woman that helped me that if I did nothing would a refund be coming to me? She said no, that the State of Arizona would keep it and that most folks don't know that they can get a registration refund from their previous car. THANK YOU DSHON. More

Very knowledgable about the product lines, features etc. I was most impressed by the speed; i got in and out of the dea I was helped by Jordan Smart.
