We weren't really planning to buy that day, but he was so NOT pushy that we didn't feel pressured and ended up being able to make a good decision on the spot. He even stayed late after closing time to walk us through all the details of our new car and help us get the technology all set up. Great guy, great experience. 2. The Costco Auto program was great. We showed or card, they showed us the member pricing sheet and invoice, and it made it really easy to get a fair price. 3. The dealership facilities were really nice, which left a good impression!
