Horrible Customer Service I am sorely disappointed in how I was treated and the service I received at Larry H. Miller Honda Murray. I have never had a good experience there and I am sorely disappointed in how I was treated and the service I received at Larry H. Miller Honda Murray. I have never had a good experience there and I will never return. I took my car in to get an oil change, tire rotation and to have the fluids topped off before I arrived at 7:05 a.m. and was checked in at 7:09 a.m., I checked my clock because I needed to make sure I'd get to work on time. I had previously purchased one of the 3 oil change packages, and had one left to use. However, I have a different vehicle now, which shouldn't be a big deal. I explained this to the service writer, Mack, and he told me that the 'expiration date' for being able to transfer the package to a different vehicle had passed. WHAT?!! I paid for it, therefore I should be able to use it, regardless of which vehicle I use it on. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has access to more than one vehicle. Then he told me the car would be done within an hour and 10 minutes, 8:20. Perfect, I could make it to work on time. At 8:20 I went and asked if it was almost done. He told me he'd go check. Eventually he came back and told me that they had thought they had the power steering fluid in stock, but didn't, so they had to send someone to another dealership to grab some. He told me that it should be done in the next few minutes. At 9:05 I went back up to the service writer after calling my job and explaining the snafu, and told him I needed my car and it shouldn't have taken this long. He said he'd go check on it. 10 minutes later he drove up in my car, checked me out and I walked out to the service drive only to find my car was soaking wet and had leaves and dirt all over the trunk. NOT how I had taken my car in. I asked to speak with the manager, showed him my car, explained the situation and all he did was say sorry, it shouldn't have taken 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation and helped wipe the leaves and dirt off my trunk and then walked away. Why on Earth would they have stopped an hosed my car off when they knew I was in such a hurry? Once I got in my car I saw that they hadn't even put the cover back on the fuse box, and on top of that, my car now shakes. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. I will never return there. I was completely polite and treated them with respect and I was treated like garbage. More

He tells me directly if there is a problem and gives me options about what should be done. This time, however, everything was in good shape and I just signed up for oil changes. This dealership does everything to make their customers comfortable. From soda fountains and popcorn machines to the large leather seated waiting room. Jackson is the best service advisor.
