Service department was fast and friendly. Zach was very friendly and took care if a recall much faster than I expected. I was originally told it would take 6 to 8 hours and I would need a rent Zach was very friendly and took care if a recall much faster than I expected. They have an awesome waiting room and time went by quickly. They even washed my filthy car for me. If I ever choose to have work done by a dealer again, I will come back to Larry H Miller. More

New car purchace. On 11/19/2015 we purchased a new 2016 Honda Accord EX-l with Nav. & Sensing. We worked with Pat Milburn and Ben Blue. We live 200 miles down south so the drive up and back made a long day. Part of our pricing was a $500 addition to the down payment for military personnel provided by Honda. Upon arriving back home late that evening and looking over the sales contract I noticed that the $500 bonus had not been factored into the final price.The next day I called Ben Blue and stated my concerns. Ben assured me that he would get with the finance officer and make things right. He did and kept me informed of the situation. A few days later he called and said the error had been discovered and that a check would be sent to Honda Financing. This is the 2nd. new car we have bought from LHM Honda and also LHM Chevrolet and have always had a pleasant buying experience. More
