We come in for oil change and you try to up charge us every time. We asked for oil change, tire rotation & balance but you did an alignment we didn’t ask for. This car only has about 19000 miles. You say it’s because of Chuck holes. Same line you used last time. Then offered to take few dollars off to help us out. The whole amount should have been taken off. We are extremely unhappy and will not be back to your dealership to purchase any cars or have work done. You’re dishonest and we will spread the word. That’s the way you’re treating customers that have had trust in you. It’s ended. More

The oil change was a ver good deal. However the time it took while I waited was excessive. 2.5 hours when I had an appointment. I received a text of an oil change promo price…however after I arrived I was told that price wasn’t for the oil I needed. So in the end I paid almost twice the cost of the price they sent me in the text a after I arrived I was told that price wasn’t for the oil I needed. I know there was a world wide computer issue today so Im not sure if this is related to that ornot? I paid for services (oil change, cabin and air filters to be rplaced, tires rotated) and left the dealersh not sure if this is related to that ornot? I paid for services (oil change, cabin and air filters to be rplaced, tires rotated) and left the dealership to go to work. About 30 minutes later I got an apologetic phone call from the person who checked me in and out letting me know that the filter I had paid for to be replaced was actually sitting on the service technician's desk and had not been installed. I'm not 100% sure if the old one had been removed already. I am grateful that they would call to make the correction, but disappointed that this would happen in the first place. They did send someone to pick up my car from my work and promised to to their best to have it back by noon, I got my car back at nearly 2 o' clock. I noticed that there were greasy finger prints on my visor and inside driver door as well. I feel like service has declined a bit since the Miller's sold their business. I'm hopefully my future appointments will not be as disappointing. More
