I know there was a world wide computer issue today so Im not sure if this is related to that ornot? I paid for services (oil change, cabin and air filters to be rplaced, tires rotated) and left the dealersh not sure if this is related to that ornot? I paid for services (oil change, cabin and air filters to be rplaced, tires rotated) and left the dealership to go to work. About 30 minutes later I got an apologetic phone call from the person who checked me in and out letting me know that the filter I had paid for to be replaced was actually sitting on the service technician's desk and had not been installed. I'm not 100% sure if the old one had been removed already. I am grateful that they would call to make the correction, but disappointed that this would happen in the first place. They did send someone to pick up my car from my work and promised to to their best to have it back by noon, I got my car back at nearly 2 o' clock. I noticed that there were greasy finger prints on my visor and inside driver door as well. I feel like service has declined a bit since the Miller's sold their business. I'm hopefully my future appointments will not be as disappointing. More

Overall LHM Honda of Murray does a good job as far as service is concerned. However, today working with Heather in the service department was a pleasure. She was kind, helpful, and understating.
