My experience was really FUN! I went in for the airbag replacement and Kenny was kind and knowledgeable and helped me with checking the oil and another problem. I was only in the waiting room for an hour, reading USA Today and eating popcorn and there was an array of drink choices. Waiting area was clean and pleasant and people were nice and I especially love that well-behaved dogs on leash are welcome. Thank you Kenny and staff! More

A regular LOF... :) I went in for a regular LOF on Aug 1. The service drive was extremely busy, but after a short wait i was taken to Kenny (the SA), who treated me with I went in for a regular LOF on Aug 1. They had my vehicle out before the promised time and went over the invoice and recommendations in detail. Another great service experience at Larry Miller. Obscene gesture by Service Manager My 45 minute express service for which I made an appt several days in advance took 2 hrs and 2 minutes. All they did was an oil change. When the car was done I went to the service writers desk. She completely ignored me for more than 20 minutes. Finally I was asked by another service writer what I was standing there for. I indicated I wanted my keys. I then stepped into the Service Dept managers office and expressed my dissatisfaction. He shrugged his shoulders and said “oh, that’s too bad”. He then moved some papers on his desk to try to hide the obscene gesture he was making towards me. In calling to speak with the general manager all I got was a voicemail. Of course there has been no one from the dealership to accept responsibility for their poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of anything with the late Larry H Miller name on it as I and others have had similar experiences at Toyota, Chevy and Ford dealerships in that auto group. More

Excellent customer service! My experience was excellent! Lance was my service representative who made sure that my car received the services that were necessary. I came in to have my transmission fluid drained, but notice that the brake fluid needed immediate attention as well. The services were completed expeditiously so that I was able to make another appointment. Lance also is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer care. I was recommended to Larry H.
