Unfortunately you have failed to return my calls to you twice. While I only left a voice message the first time, there is no further need to continue our relationship. While I have one unused prepaid oil change, I was treated so poorly that I can't imagine the circumstance where I would return to your dealership. I have left reviews through your email system and through your text messaging and thought that an apology would be sent in response to this "unfortunate...conduct". I don't perceive that this was anything but an intentional act by your service manager to "lose" a 20 year customer as you obviously have more than enough to replace those who are put off by the failure to meet the promises made. I was very clear that I had only an hour that day, I had to reschedule two business appointments and take 4 hours of personal leave, all because the service writer, manager and service personnel would put cars without appointments in front of mine which had an appointment. Then when I watched the truck sit for 40 minutes on the lift with no technician around it, I queried when it would be ready and was told "it just went back about 5 minutes ago". Then, after the service was completed the finished ticket and keys sat at the front of the service writers desk and keyboard as she continued to write 3 additional tickets ignoring my presence near her desk for a total of 20 minutes. Finally, another service writer finished the ticket and in response indicated that he would notify the service manager that there had been a problem. Instead, I notified the service manager myself and the resulting indifference from him resulted in my comment that I would not be returning to your dealership. His response was to make a gesture with his hand while it was partially hidden under the papers and he said "do what you have to do" then shrugged as if to say "I don't care". The only followup call came from the service writer to make sure that the dealership would get a five star review from me. I told her that she and the dealership would be getting the 1 star review that was the minimum score I was allowed to give.
